We are looking for a person responsible for the control and continuous improvement of the Intelligent Systems team methodologies and the fulfillment of the objectives and tasks related to specific projects. The Shape Master will need to understand and learn about Shape Up methodology created by Basecamp to implement that “way of doing things” into the company and work side-by-side with the team to accomplish every goal, “ceremony”, deadline, milestone, and so on, that we have planned. We expect great autonomy regarding accountability, leadership, and being empathetic with every person.

Being motivated and having a passion for what we do is essential to keep growing and working together. You will administrate also a platform called ClickUp to maintain the order and visibility of every task and project that we have in our pipeline. We expect daily clarity about what we are doing and if we are in the right direction.

• Responsible for the correct execution of the milestones related to the application of the Shape Up methodology.
• Responsible for the development of metrics and their monitoring for the optimization of the methodology.
• Responsible for monitoring the weekly milestones of the cells/squads and ensuring that they are met.
• Responsible for holding brainstorming meetings or other innovation methodologies focused on the IS team.
• Participate as part of the IS team cell for the execution of the pitches.
• Reconcile and combine criteria to review and specify the presentation of pitches.
• Ensure that the team has good communication and is sufficiently motivated to carry out its activities in a good way.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and use of tools determined by the company.
• Collaborate directly with the planning and definition activities of the area.

• Proven experience as Scrum Master 2 years at least 
• Studies in computer engineering or related. They can also come from other studies but with specialization in agile and scrum methodologies.
• Basecamp
• Git (not required, but desirable)
• Project management
• Management and leadership in agile development methodologies
• Shape Up methodology (not required, but desirable)
• Advanced English - written and spoken.
